Straw Bottom Mochila

Handcrafted by the indigenous Wayuu women of La Guajira, Colombia. These medium sized bags are handwoven with straw at the bottom, and then continued with the traditional Mochila yarn. They are lined and have a pocket on the inside, and a draw string to close the bag. They collapse nicely and are easy to pack.

The bags are consciously sourced from the indigenous artisans at fair market price, and a portion of proceeds goes back to the Wayuu communities.
